Getting Started
How do I create my first form?
After logging in, click the "Create Form" button in your dashboard. Give your form a title and description, then start adding questions using the question builder. Save your form and you're ready to share!
Is Arioron Forms free to use?
Yes! Arioron Forms offers a free plan with unlimited forms and responses. Premium features like advanced analytics and custom branding will be available in future paid plans.
Can I customize the look of my forms?
Absolutely! You can choose from gradient presets, custom colors, or upload your own background images. Adjust opacity, enable progress bars, and more in the form settings.
Creating Forms
What question types are available?
We offer 8 question types: Short Answer, Paragraph, Multiple Choice, Checkboxes, Dropdown, Date, Time, and File Upload. Each is optimized for different types of data collection.
How do I make a question required?
When editing a question, toggle the "Required" switch. Required questions must be answered before a respondent can submit the form.
Can I accept file uploads?
Yes! Add a File Upload question type to your form. Files up to 10MB are supported, including documents, images, PDFs, and more.
How do I edit an existing form?
Go to your dashboard, find the form you want to edit, and click the "Edit" button. You can modify questions, settings, and design even after collecting responses.
Responses & Analytics
How do I view form responses?
Click on any form in your dashboard, then select "View Responses". You can switch between cards and table view, search responses, and filter by question.
Can I export responses to Excel?
Yes! Click the "Export CSV" button in the responses view. The CSV file can be opened in Excel, Google Sheets, or any spreadsheet software.
How do I download uploaded files?
In the responses view, files appear with download buttons next to them. Click the download icon to save any uploaded file to your device.
Can I delete individual responses?
Yes. Each response has a delete button. Click it and confirm to permanently remove that response from your form.
