Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Arioron Forms, a product developed and maintained by Arioron International as part of the Arioron Office 365 suite.

By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the service.

Use of Service

Account Registration

To use Arioron Forms, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Not share your account with others

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose or violate any laws
• Collect sensitive personal information without proper consent
• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Use the service to spam or harass others
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Scrape or harvest data from the service

Content and Data

Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you create using Arioron Forms, including forms, questions, and collected responses. By using our service, you grant us a license to host, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

You are responsible for the content you collect through your forms and must comply with all applicable data protection laws, including obtaining proper consent from respondents.

Prohibited Content

You may not use Arioron Forms to collect or distribute:

• Illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive content
• Content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Hate speech or discriminatory content
• Adult content or material harmful to minors
• Private information without authorization

Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with or without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

File Upload Limits

The service currently supports file uploads up to 10MB per file. Allowed file types include: TXT, PDF, PNG, JPG, JPEG, GIF, DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, ZIP, and CSV. We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time.

Intellectual Property

The service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Arioron International and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without prior written consent.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arioron International shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid us in the past twelve months, or $100, whichever is greater.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
